About This Role
We are looking for a helpful, reliable, and proactive person to assist and support our facilities team. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth daily operation and upkeep of the entire school campus, including a dedicated Early Years site, sports pavilions, and a swimming pool. Your responsibilities will include porterage, basic equipment maintenance, sweeping, leaf blowing, and other general duties.
We value flexibility and a positive approach to changing priorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while also sharing expertise and supporting colleagues to foster best practices across the team. A commitment to maintaining high standards in all aspects of your work is essential.
A full UK driving license, including manual vehicles, is required (you will be driving a minibus), along with a basic aptitude for general maintenance and handyman tasks. Swimming ability would be helpful.
Working hours will be 1.00 to 10.00pm, Monday to Friday. Additionally, you will be expected to work a minimum of two Saturdays each year to cover school events.
