Facilities Manager

At Duncombe School, we are looking for a hands-on, driven Facilities Manager to lead site operations across our school. You will manage the site team, oversee maintenance and contractors, and ensure buildings are safe, compliant, and running smoothly. From health and safety and fire management to day-to-day repairs and budget control, you’ll take ownership of delivering high standards and efficient services. This is a fast-paced role for someone who can prioritise, problem-solve, and keep everything on track while creating a safe and well-maintained environment for staff and pupils.
