Finance Manager – Multi‑Academy Trust & Glenthorne High School

About Us

We’re a supportive and collaborative small Multi‑Academy Trust comprising of 3 schools who are committed to helping every school and every child thrive. We are currently recruiting two friendly, confident Finance Managers, one to join our central team and a second to work at our Secondary school, Glenthorne High School.

The Roles

You will work with the Director of Finance to oversee day‑to‑day financial operations for the Trust/Glenthorne High School, support budget planning, and provide helpful guidance to school leaders. These are varied roles, helping ensure we use our resources wisely and in line with ESFA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Support Director of Finance to:

  • Produce monthly management accounts for the Trust and schools

  • Support budget setting and long‑term financial planning

  • Ensure compliance with the Academy Trust Handbook and ESFA rules.

  • Oversee procurement, cash flow, VAT returns, and financial controls

  • Complete audit processes

  • Deputise in their absence

Compensation

€35,000 - €50,000 (Pre-Tax)
