Ghars International School is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated French Teacher for Middle and Secondary School to join our team for the 2026–2027 academic year.

We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring students to develop strong language skills and a love for French culture and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in French Language or a related field

• PGCE / PGC or equivalent teaching qualification

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in middle or secondary school

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Ability to plan engaging lessons and assess student progress effectively

• Experience with international curricula is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Teach French language to middle and secondary school students

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons

• Assess, record, and report on students’ progress

• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development

• Support students in developing confidence in speaking, reading, and writing French
