Job Description
As an FS Teacher at International School Beaconhouse, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that foster children's learning and growth during their early years. You will create a nurturing classroom environment that supports each child's individual needs while promoting curiosity, creativity, and foundational skills.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in Early Years/Foundation Stage settings
- Strong understanding of the UK Early Years curriculum framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to plan creative lesson activities that promote active learning
- Skilled in classroom management techniques suitable for young learners
- Proficient in assessing student progress and adapting teaching methods accordingly
