Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced part-time Secondary & Sixth Form Science Teacher to work alongside our current science team. The successful candidate will have a passion for science and will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons.

At this time, we are only looking for candidates who have the right to work and reside in Spain.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging science lessons to students, incorporating various methods and techniques that are already planned for you should you wish to use them.

  • Foster creativity and critical thinking skills through hands-on projects and assignments.

  • Incorporate technology into teaching practices, where appropriate, to enhance learning experiences.

  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students on their work, encouraging growth and improvement.

  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes creativity, respect, and collaboration.

Qualifications and Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.

  • PGCE in Science with QTS.

  • Right to work in Spain.

  • Previous experience teaching GCSE Science.

  • Strong subject knowledge.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for science education and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet students’ diverse learning needs.
