About This Role

  • Permanent Contract

  • Term Time Only - 8.30am to 4.30pm

  • Actual Salary  £30,000

The Future Skills Co-ordinator will lead the transformation of the school library into a dynamic Learning Hub, moving beyond a traditional library to become a high-impact centre for independent learning, academic development, and structured student support.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference to students’ learning experiences, nurturing them to become confident, independent learners equipped with the skills, habits, and resilience needed for an ever-changing world.

A key focus of the role is future-proofing our students through developing their inquiry, oracy, and digital capability. While experience in these areas is highly desirable, above all we are looking for someone who embodies the right character; a person who truly understands students, believes in their potential, and is committed to making a positive difference.
