About This Role
We are seeking a proactive, skilled, and highly organised Head Caretaker to lead our site team and ensure that our school provides a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will take site responsibility for the school premises, grounds, buildings, and facilities, working closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership team to maintain high standards of safety, security, and maintenance across the site.

Hours of Work
37 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern:
Early Shift 6.30am to 2.30pm (2pm Friday)
Middle Shift 8am to 4pm (3.30pm Friday)
Late Shift 11am to 7pm (6.30pm Friday).
School holidays.8am to 4pm
