Job Description:
As Head of Business, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Business curriculum at Key Stages 4 and 5. You will play a key role in developing engaging lessons that inspire students and promote academic success. In addition to your teaching duties, you will take on extra responsibilities such as contributing to departmental planning, supporting colleagues, and helping drive whole-school initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year’s experience teaching Business or related subjects at secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 4 and 5 curriculum requirements for Business studies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and students alike
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to plan strategically while managing day-to-day operational tasks efficiently
- Competence in using educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences
