Head of Mathematics (IB Experience Required)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Mathematics Department. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across both the IB Diploma Programme (DP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP), ensuring high-quality teaching and outstanding student achievement.
The Head of Mathematics will support and develop Mathematics teachers, drive continuous improvement, and promote excellence in teaching and learning to secure strong academic outcomes.
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience teaching within the IB DP and MYP frameworks
Demonstrate successful leadership within a Mathematics department
Possess experience with ADEK and IB inspection processes
Have a strong understanding of school evaluation frameworks and a track record of improving performance and inspection outcomes
Be committed to achieving and sustaining the highest educational standards

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) in the relevant subject area
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience (preferred)
