The Role
As Head of Primary, you will:
Provide strategic leadership and clear direction for the Primary phase
Drive excellence in teaching and learning, securing strong outcomes
Foster a culture rooted in integrity, ambition, and inclusion
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
Contribute as a key member of the Executive Team

Strategic and decisive leadership, open to innovation and change
A strong record of leading teams and improving standards
Excellent classroom credibility and deep curriculum understanding
The ability to inspire staff and students alike
A collaborative approach when working with Governors, senior leaders, parents, and the wider community
Reflective practice, strong organisational skills, and commitment to continuous improvement
