We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Secondary School for the academic year 2026-2027. This role will serve as Class Dean, overseeing the secondary school division and ensuring an excellent learning environment that supports student achievement and well-being.

Minimum Experience: 5 years
Responsibilities include managing daily operations within the secondary school, supporting teachers and students, implementing curriculum standards, fostering positive relationships among staff, students, and parents, and promoting a safe and inclusive school culture.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in secondary education leadership roles
- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum requirements for secondary education
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Competence in student behavior management and pastoral care
