Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English, History, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably with IB curriculum exposure
- Strong knowledge of Language Arts/Language and Literature concepts aligned with the IB MYP framework
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking and inquiry-based learning
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom instruction
