About This Role

We are looking for an exceptional HR Officer to join our team. If you have previous HR experience and would relish the chance to make your mark in this new role at Riverside School, this is the perfect role for you. In this role you will provide high quality and efficient HR support and ensure that day to day operational functions within your remit are effectively managed including absence management and injury reporting, whilst remaining compliant with the schools HR policies and procedures.

We are seeking a candidate who is able to build strong and positive working relationships with all stakeholders and provide effective HR advice within our school context. The successful candidate must be able to think laterally and be able to adapt to changing situations in a measured and flexible manner in order to adapt the advice and guidance provided to suit any change in circumstances whether legislative or structural related. You should also have highly effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to approach confidential matters with discretion, sensitivity and diplomacy.

The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple workloads and have excellent organisation and planning skills. At Riverside School we are committed to supporting your growth and development as a professional. Whatever your experience, you will receive the excellent support of a varied internal and external professional development programme. You will join a very successful, collaborative and committed staff team who will challenge and support you as you progress through your career.

This is an exciting time to join Riverside; if you share our high expectations and are passionate about making a difference, we look forward to receiving your application.
