Job Overview:
This role is ideal for newly qualified or early career teachers who are passionate about teaching Humanities at the secondary school level. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire students to explore history, geography, culture, and social studies while developing their analytical and communication skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area (Humanities/Social Sciences)
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a secondary/high school setting preferred but not essential for early career candidates
- Familiarity with the UK curriculum standards and assessment methods
- Strong classroom management skills with ability to create an inclusive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use technology effectively as part of teaching practice
