About This Role
I-Shou International School, located in Taiwan, is a dynamic learning community committed to providing an excellent international education. We are seeking an enthusiastic IB DP Chinese Literature Teacher to join our Languages Department. This position offers the opportunity to teach Chinese literature (not second language acquisition) at the High/Secondary School level within the rigorous International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IB DP).
Interested candidates must hold a passport from Taiwan and possess a current and active teacher registration/license authorizing them to teach in public schools in their home country or elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in IB DP Chinese Literature.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Chinese Literature or related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably with exposure to IB curriculum or international education settings.
- Strong command of Mandarin language and literature with ability to inspire student interest.
- Familiarity with IB DP assessment criteria and teaching methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.
