About This Role
We are currently in search of a dedicated and ideally experienced **IB DP Coordinator** to join our team and play a crucial role in the development of our IB Diploma Programme.
Candidates should possess proven experience in IB teaching along with a clear understanding of the IB DP Coordinator's responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the IB Diploma Programme.
- Support and guide DP teachers in the effective delivery of the IB curriculum in line with IB standards.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for teachers to enhance their understanding and skills related to the DP program.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and staff to ensure the success of the IB Diploma Programme.
- Stay informed about IB regulations and updates to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Manage all administrative aspects of the DP, including scheduling, assessments, examinations, and adherence to IB policies.
- Promote a culture of academic excellence and student-centered learning.
- Collaborate daily with the MYP Coordinator to maintain continuity and coherence across programmes.
- Work strategically with the Academic Head of School to develop and improve whole school strategies and systems.
