Job Description:
As an IB Math Teacher at Riffa Views International School, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics instruction aligned with the IB DP curriculum. You will support student learning by fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of mathematical concepts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and contribute positively to the school community.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in secondary/high school settings
- Proven experience teaching the IB Diploma Programme mathematics courses
- Strong knowledge of current best practices in math education and assessment strategies within the IB framework
- Ability to create dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learner needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with students, parents, and staff
