Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Inclusion Lead to join our team in August 2026.
The Inclusion Lead will play a key role in developing and implementing the school’s Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision, ensuring that students with diverse learning needs receive appropriate support to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of inclusive educational practices, oversee early intervention strategies, and collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure all students are supported in reaching their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
To design and execute special needs education in areas related to students of different special needsTo design early intervention program that significantly increases the functional skills and facilitates successful entry into adulthood.
To design and execute comprehensive program on developmental tasks young students with SEN need to master in the areas of: Gross Motor Skills, Fine Motor Skills, Language development, Functional Language, Social Language, Semantics, Letter Recognition, Mathematical Skills.
Monitor children’s behavioural patterns and arrange appropriate interventions if needed
Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
Coach/mentor other professionals who work with children with disabilities
Collaborate with the support staff (e.g. school counsellors and teachers) to create holistic intervention plans
Collaborate with admissions team to identify needs during admissions process
Liaison with parents and provide support regarding their ward
Skills and Competencies
SEND Expertise: Strong understanding of special educational needs, inclusion strategies, and differentiated learning approaches.
Leadership Skills: Ability to guide and support teachers in implementing inclusive classroom practices.
Early Intervention: Experience designing intervention programs to support developmental and learning needs.
Behaviour Management: Skilled in identifying behavioural patterns and implementing appropriate support strategies.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teachers, counsellors, parents, and support staff.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess student needs, analyse progress, and design effective intervention plans.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Special Education / SEND or related field.
Suitable and approved SEND qualification.
Minimum 10 years of overall experience in education.
At least 2 years of experience in an Inclusion Lead or similar leadership role.
Experience in an international or British curriculum school environment is preferred.

Candidate Requirements
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

- A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
- Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
