Job Title - Inclusion Manager

Salary - Actual Salary £24,953pa to £27,930pa

Pension - Employer Pension Contributions of 22.5% (LGPS)

Hours - 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Manager to join us at our highly popular, co-educational community secondary school based in North Kent.

  • Thrive in a challenging environment and have the aptitude to ensure that students are accessing the curriculum through collaboration with the Heads of Department and class teachers.
  • Will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to students, fostering their social, emotional, and academic development.

  • Participate actively in broader school life, including extra-curricular programs.
  • Collaborate with departmental colleagues to elevate instructional strategies.

Candidate Requirements

  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years verifiable post-qualification teaching experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of excellent student outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
  • Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
