Northease Manor is a specialist school for students with Special Educational Needs/Disabilities, primarily with autism and/or dyslexia.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our support team for an individual Needs Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
This role is to support a SEND young person under the guidance of teaching/therapeutic staff throughout the school day and to enable access to learning. Whilst the role is to work primarily with an individual student with complex needs, you may also support other students when appropriate to promote independence and the development of peer relationships.
