We are currently seeking a passionate Japanese Language and Literature Teacher to join our Languages Department. This position involves teaching the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) curriculum at the High/Secondary School level.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Japanese Language and Literature following the IB MYP framework.
- Develop lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and cultural understanding.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and school activities.
- Support students’ personal growth alongside their academic development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese Language, Literature, Education or related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably within an international or IB environment.
- Strong knowledge of the IB MYP curriculum standards for language acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Ability to create inclusive classroom environments that support diverse learners.
