POSITION: JUNIOR SCHOOL MIDDLE LEADER
Highgate International School Thailand will open in August 2026. A premium international school located in the beautiful province of Chonburi, it will cater for students between the ages of 2 and 18.
Operated in partnership with Siam Motors Group and Highgate School, London, staff will enjoy access to a wide range of world-class facilities, to include a full-sized FIFA approved football pitch, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, a 450-seater auditorium, a black-box theatre, a STEM building and a Library and Digital Media Centre. They will draw upon a rich academic heritage spanning 460 years.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Junior School Middle Leader will:
- Manage cover and high-quality learning continuity
- Support with the review and development of the core curriculum
- Be assigned additional responsibilities in reference to their professional profile
- Foster curiosity, rigour, engagement, enthusiasm, community and kindness among the student population
- Work in accordance with school policy and in the wider interests of the school
- Contribute positively to a school culture founded upon the considered maintenance of high expectations
- Communicate effectively with members of the wider school community
- Attend regular meetings and support the safe running of the school campus

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Junior School Middle Leader:
- Be a fully qualified primary teacher with QTS
- Have a minimum of three years of post-qualification, middle-leadership experience
- Have a full working knowledge of the English National Curriculum
- Have experience of supporting the development of young people who hold English as an additional language
