Northview International School (NVIS) is seeking a passionate and student-centered Early childhood Teacher to join our growing international faculty in Doha, Qatar.

The Role
The successful candidate will teach KG, delivering engaging lessons aligned with the American early childhood curriculum framework while supporting the developmental, social and emotional growth of young learners.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering engaging play-based and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
Supporting the development of early literacy, numeracy and social skills
Creating a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and exploration
Using hands-on activities, storytelling and interactive learning strategies
Monitoring student development and progress through observation and assessment.
Collaborating with colleagues to strengthen curriculum development and instructional practices
Contributing to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and community engagement
Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood , Elementary Education or a related field
A recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
Experience teaching KG or Early Years.
Experience with or training in an American curriculum framework
Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Experience in an international school setting is desirable but not essential.
