Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students following the UK curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, and growth.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies that meet diverse learner needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 3 years of teaching experience within primary education settings.
- Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum standards for KS1 & KS2.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate young learners.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to use technology as an educational tool.
