Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students following the UK curriculum.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, and growth.
  • Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop teaching strategies that meet diverse learner needs.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education or related field (minimum requirement).
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience within primary education settings.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum standards for KS1 & KS2.
  • Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate young learners.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to use technology as an educational tool.
