We are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 1 Lead Teacher to guide our young learners. The ideal candidate will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment, lead the Year 1 team, and support the academic and social development of students.Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with EYFS and school standards.
Lead, mentor, and support the Year 1 teaching team.
Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with parents.
Encourage social-emotional development, creativity, and curiosity in students.
Maintain a safe, positive, and organized classroom environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably with Year 1 or primary students.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for creating a fun, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
