About This Role
Location: Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Qingdao, Tongxiang, Yantai, Hongkong.

Duties:
- Review new student records for SEN concerns.
- Provide in-class and/or withdrawal support for referred SEN student(s).
- Provide in-class or curriculum development support for staff.
- Assist with modification of assessments where appropriate.
- Provide examination assistance for referred SEN students where needed.
- Develop whole staff SEN professional development programmes.
- Assist with the creation of IEPs.
- Administer informal assessments for identifying learning needs.
- Liaise with parents on behalf of teachers about academic progress.
- Provide learning strategies and available learning resources for students.
- Perform classroom observation when required to identify and observe SEN students.
Skills/qualifications:
- Holder of Bachelor Degree with relevant credentials in Counseling, Special Education or related education field
- Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching in a school setting

Candidate Requirements
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years verifiable post-qualification teaching experience.
- Demonstrable track record of excellent student outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
- Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
