We are currently seeking a Learning to Learn Specialist for the Academic Year 26/27 within our Student Support Services team. This position focuses on helping students develop effective learning strategies, self-regulation skills, and confidence to become independent learners.

The Role

Position: Learning to Learn Specialist (Learning Support)
Location: Cambodia
Position Type: Learning Support
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Minimum Experience: 2 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Help students develop effective learning strategies and self-regulation skills.
  • Design individualized plans that promote metacognition, study skills, time management, and motivation.
  • Collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and staff to support diverse learner needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based strategies for teaching “learning how to learn.”

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in learning support or educational roles focused on developing student learning skills.
  • Strong understanding of diverse learner needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with international curricula is an advantage.
