Marketing Lead (Part Time – 2.5 Days per Week)
Location: The Roche School, Wandsworth, London, SW18
Contract Type: Part-time, Permanent
Working Pattern: 2.5 days per week (flexible, some events may require occasional additional hours)
Start Date: 1st September 2026
Salary: £32,000-£40,000 pro rata dependent on experience
The Roche School is a warm and nurturing independent preparatory school for children aged 2-11, known for its strong academic standards, excellent pastoral care and vibrant school community. It also specialises in offering a Spanish Immersion programme for its pupils, the only programme of its kind in London.
We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Lead to organise the marketing and communications of the school. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working independently while collaborating closely with the Head, admissions team and wider staff to promote the school to prospective parents and the Spanish speaking community and to support pupil recruitment to its Spanish immersion programme.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for developing and delivering the school’s marketing strategy, managing digital communications and promoting the school’s distinctive ethos and achievements.
An important aspect of this role is supporting the operation of the school office which includes supporting safeguarding and first aid in a busy school environment.
This is a part-time role for two and a half days per week, ideal for an experienced marketing professional seeking flexible working within a friendly school environment.
We are looking for someone who is organised, creative and confident managing marketing across digital platforms, publications and events.
