About This Role

About the Role: The Tutoring Center Dubai is seeking a dedicated and experienced Math and Physics Tutor to support students up to Year 13. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching I/GCSE and A Levels (essential), with knowledge of the IB Diploma Programme (preferred). The tutor should be confident in teaching Mathematics and Physics with the ability to deliver high-quality

lessons that inspire and engage students.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics up to Year 13 and Physics up to Year 10.

• Teach across I/GCSE and A Level curricula (essential) and IB Diploma (preferred).

• Conduct 3:1 lessons and small group interventions to support learning and close knowledge gaps.

• Develop and implement individualised lesson plans tailored to student needs.

• Assess student progress regularly and adapt instruction accordingly.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall learning experience.

• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

• Proven experience teaching I/GCSE and A Levels (required); familiarity with IB Diploma standards (preferred).

• Minimum 1 year of UAE teaching/tutoring experience in a similar role.

• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for helping students achieve academic success.

Working Hours

• Maximum 48 hours per week, across 5 working days.

• Two non-consecutive days off will be provided as per business needs.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Location: The Tutoring Center – Al Furjan Pavilion

Compensation:AED 6500-8000

Compensation

£35,000 - £55,000 (Tax-Free Equivalent)
