Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our Secondary School team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Australian curriculum, support student development in mathematics skills, and contribute positively to our vibrant school community.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or Mathematics or related field (minimum requirement)
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in secondary/high school mathematics using the Australian curriculum preferred
• Strong knowledge of current teaching methodologies for mathematics education at the secondary level
• Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver effective lessons that meet diverse student needs
• Excellent classroom management skills with a focus on creating an inclusive learning environment
• Proficient in integrating technology into teaching practices
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues
