About This Role
KMIDS is a WASC-accredited science, technology, mathematics, and design specialty school located in Ladkrabang (Bangkok), Thailand. We are seeking English-speaking, collaborative, and forward-thinking professional educators to join our dynamic team.
All classes, except Thai Language and Chinese Language, are delivered in English. The administration provides a competitive benefits package and protected collaborative planning time as part of our mission to develop Thailand’s “Masters of Innovation.”
With continued growth in student enrollment, we anticipate the need for an additional middle/high school English teacher for the 2025–2026 academic year and beyond.
The Ideal Candidate
will be able to clearly demonstrate how they engage and inspire students through effective and creative learning activities.
will have strong English/ELA teaching experience in the American curriculum or similar.
will demonstrate flexibility to teach a range of English courses across grade levels
will have international teaching experience.
will have a degree in English, Literature, or a related field.
will have a teaching certification/licensure in their home country is highly desirable.

- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned to the required curriculum.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for diverse learners.
- Assess student progress rigorously and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Participate actively in broader school life, including extra-curricular programs.
- Collaborate with departmental colleagues to elevate instructional strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years verifiable post-qualification teaching experience.
- Demonstrable track record of excellent student outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
- Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
