Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Music Administrator to support the effective operation and development of our music program.

This role is primarily focused on administrative coordination, communication, and program support, with the opportunity to contribute through piano accompaniment or music technology skills where relevant, and if desired.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting music staff and students, and enhancing the overall quality of the music provision.

Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • Proven experience in administrative coordination within a music or educational environment.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • High proficiency in English and Korean.

  • Ability to manage schedules, events, and documentation efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting music programs, concerts, or performances.

  • Familiarity with music-related administrative tasks (e.g., exam entries, instrument inventory, timetabling, event coordination).

  • Ability to provide piano accompaniment or support music technology activities, if required.

Employment Period

  • ~ December 31, 2026

Compensation

£30,000 - £45,000+ (Regional Equivalent)
