New Entrant Teacher

We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our wonderful team. This position is a new entrant roll growth position, with students starting at the beginning of Term 3.

We are looking for a vibrant team player, effective communicator and who has a can-do attitude, who also has experience with Structured Literacy and Maths.

The Role

New Entrant Teacher

Full time, Fixed term, Start Date: 20/07/2026, End Date: 18/12/2026 (Mid-year roll growth)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach primary and intermediate students (Years 1–8).


• Deliver curriculum subjects including English, Health and Physical Education, Learning Languages, Mathematics and Statistics, Science, Social Sciences, Technology, Te Reo Māori, and The Arts.

Qualifications

• Certificated teacher.


• Experience with Structured Literacy and Maths.


• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
