About the Role
The H3 Federation is seeking to appoint a passionate, resilient and adaptable Teacher of Physical Education (PE) to work across our unique and inclusive federation.
This is an exciting opportunity to teach PE across:
ā A mainstream secondary school
ā A specialist SEMH provision
ā A Pupil Referral Unit / Alternative Provision
You will play a key role in using physical education to support engagement, wellbeing and re-engagement, particularly for pupils with SEND and social, emotional and mental health needs.
What You Will Do
ā Deliver high-quality PE across Key Stages 3 and 4
ā Adapt teaching for pupils with SEND, SEMH and EHCPs
ā Work flexibly across federation sites, including alternative provision
ā Contribute to an inclusive, engaging and therapeutic PE curriculum
ā Support enrichment, intervention and engagement programmes through sport
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who:
ā Is an excellent PE practitioner with strong subject knowledge
ā Can build positive relationships and manage behaviour effectively
ā Is committed to inclusive education and relational practice
ā Is flexible and willing to work across multiple settings
Experience in SEMH, PRU or alternative provision is desirable but not essential.

SEN allowance will be awarded in line with STPCD and applied proportionately based on deployment within specialist and alternative provision settings.
