About This Role
Sherborne Schools Group is looking for a reliable and proactive Porter / Cleaner to help keep our school environments welcoming, safe, and running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role where no two days feel quite the same, and where your contribution genuinely makes a difference to the daily life of our pupils, staff, and wider community.
Working primarily at Sherborne Boys, you’ll take responsibility for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the site, supporting the setup and takedown of school events, and assisting with the movement of furniture and equipment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our facilities are well presented, safe, and ready for use.
As part of the wider Sherborne Schools Group, you’ll also have the opportunity to support colleagues across other schools and sites when needed. This flexibility helps us work effectively as one team and ensures our standards remain consistently high throughout the Group.
