About This Role
Bloom World Academy is seeking a dynamic and passionate professional for the role of Pre-University Manager / Supervisor to join in Academic Year 2026/2027.
As a key member of our school community, you will be committed to fostering strong connections between students, families, and staff, and supporting the development of an inclusive and engaged school culture. Experience in building meaningful relationships and delivering community-focused programmes is highly desirable. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, be confident communicators, and demonstrate creativity and initiative in developing community engagement strategies.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about connecting people, supporting student and family engagement, and creating a welcoming and vibrant school environment. You will work across a diverse community, organise and lead events, and develop programmes that promote participation, well-being, and international mindedness. A background in education, communications, or community engagement is preferred, and prior experience with the IB programme is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
The nature of this role requires a degree of flexibility in working hours. On a regular basis, the successful candidate will be expected to work two to three days per week on a later schedule to support students and programmes beyond the standard school day. This reflects the extended hours and enrichment provision that sit at the heart of our Pre-University offer.
In addition, the role includes responsibility for supporting examinations administration across both the MYP and Diploma Programme, working closely with senior leaders and academic teams to ensure all assessment processes are managed accurately and in line with IB regulations.

Proficient/advanced-level English language skills
Bachelor’s degree or similar
Minimum of three years’ experience in a relevant role within a reputable organisation
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
Demonstrates professionalism, enthusiasm, commitment, and integrity
Inter-cultural awareness and a passion for fostering inclusive school communities
