About This Role

The Role 

We are seeking high-performing staff for our Primary School.
We seek passionate teachers with the vision, ambition and drive to contribute to our rapidly expanding Primary School. Outstanding interpersonal skills are a must, along with a desire to innovate and embrace the challenges and delights that will come with being part of an outstanding team. They need to possess excellent organisational and communication skills and be an enthusiastic, energetic and innovative teacher, who is committed to flexible and varied styles of teaching. All academic staff are expected to teach to the highest professional standards and support and uphold the ethos, aims and objectives of the School. We are a community which believes in mutual support and co-operation.

 Main duties and responsibilities include: 
• Teaching and Learning 
• Pastoral, Tutoring and classroom supervision

 Requirements: 
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Holding an appropriate teaching qualification in primary education such as PRC teacher certificate or PGCE, QTS or equivalent;
  • Have fluent English communication skills;
  • A minimum two years’ teaching experience in a primary school setting experience of teaching bilingual or international schools is an advantage;
  • Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child;
  • The ability and aspiration to attain high standards;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, visible through their relations with children, colleagues, parents and other professionals;
  • A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life;
  • A clean police check and no question regarding suitability to work with children.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons aligned to the required curriculum.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment for diverse learners.
  • Assess student progress rigorously and provide timely, constructive feedback.
  • Participate actively in broader school life, including extra-curricular programs.
  • Collaborate with departmental colleagues to elevate instructional strategies.

Candidate Requirements

  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • A minimum of 2 years verifiable post-qualification teaching experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of excellent student outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree directly related to your teaching specialization.
  • Clear criminal record check spanning the last 10 years of residency.
