Primary School Teacher – Bilingual Primary School
About This Role
Primary School Teacher - Bilingual Primary School
Brandýs nad Labem / Prague – Vinohrady
Tip Toes School is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Primary School Teacher to join our warm and supportive bilingual team.
We are a dynamic international learning community where Czech and English naturally go hand in hand in everyday teaching. Our pupils come from a wide range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds — for many of them, neither Czech nor English is their first language.
Our educational programme, “Krok tím správným směrem” (A Step in the Right Direction), is built on differentiated instruction that respects each child’s individual talents, strengths, and interests. A strong emphasis is placed on English language development.
From Year 1 onwards, we use the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) approach, creating a truly bilingual environment where children learn subject content and language skills simultaneously and naturally.
About the CLIL Method
CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) is a modern and well-established educational approach widely used across Europe. It connects subject learning with language acquisition, supporting deeper understanding, meaningful communication, and real-life language use.
