About This Role
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and highly effective leader who is committed to delivering an exceptional standard of education for all pupils at Waterfield Primary School. The successful candidate will be a confident and engaging communicator, able to act as a positive public figurehead for the school, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community. As part of our school family, you will play a pivotal role in driving the school’s vision of achieving successful outcomes and positive futures for every child, bringing energy, ambition and a collaborative approach to sustain and build upon recent improvements.

The Collegiate Trust
The Collegiate Trust is a family of 9 schools, primary and secondary, located in the Croydon and Crawley areas, educating children and young people from 3-19 years of age with a clear vision to deliver exceptional education for all. The Central Team is mainly based at the founding school of the Trust, Riddlesdown Collegiate: a large, outstanding (OFSTED, March 2023) secondary school in Croydon with a longstanding reputation for high standards and an exceptional education.
