About This Role
Are you looking for a role that’s a little different and truly inspiring? We are seeking a PSHE Teacher to join our small, enthusiastic team in a unique farm-based setting. Our school is a small SEND independent provision supporting 60 students with EHCPs. We use animals-including horses and small animals-as part of our therapeutic approach to supporting students with SEMH needs.
The ideal candidate will work closely with small groups of students (up to 5 students per class). The appointed person will possess the skills and/or experience to work with students with SEMH needs.
You do not need to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for this role; however, strong experience in PSHE is essential.
We’re looking for a passionate educator who can bring PSHE to life and create a safe, engaging environment where students feel confident exploring important topics. In this role, you’ll help shape pupils’ personal development, wellbeing and character- equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in school and beyond.
You’ll design and deliver creative, thought-provoking lessons; lead meaningful discussions; and support our whole-school approach to culture, safeguarding and inclusion. If you’re committed to empowering young people, building strong relationships and making a genuine difference every day, we would be delighted to receive your application. Apply exclusively via the WhatSchool platform.
