At Hand and Hand Flat Bush, we are looking for a New Zealand qualified (Level 7) and registered teacher (provisional or fully registered) who is committed to quality education and meaningful relationships.

What we’re looking for:

• NZ ECE qualification (Level 7 or higher)
• Current registration with the Teaching Council of New Zealand
• Strong belief in teamwork and collaboration
• Sound knowledge of Te Whāriki, health & safety practices
• Passion for creating engaging environments that support curriculum goals
• Willingness to learn and follow centre systems and policies
• Confidence using technology, including platforms like Storypark
• Excellent communication skills with children, families, and team members
• Patience, care, and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to think on your feet, be reflective, and contribute ideas
