Little Royals Montessori Preschool is a warm, well-established early childhood centre located in Massey, Auckland. We are committed to providing a high-quality Montessori-inspired learning environment where children are respected, supported, and encouraged to develop independence, confidence, and a love of learning.

We are currently seeking a qualified and registered ECE teacher to join our passionate and supportive team.

About the role

• Working with children aged 0–6 years
• Delivering a rich curriculum aligned with Montessori principles and Te Whāriki
• Creating a calm, respectful, and engaging learning environment
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contributing to planning, documentation, and reflective practice

About you

• Hold a recognised ECE qualification (Level 7 or above)
• Current NZ Teaching Council registration (or in the process of renewing)
• Genuine interest in Montessori philosophy (Montessori training an advantage, but not essential)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Warm, patient, and professional approach to teaching
• Commitment to children’s wellbeing, learning, and development
