Kidlywinks is a small, family-focused centre licensed for 31 children in a mixed-age environment. Operating from a warm, three-bedroom converted house, we create a home-like atmosphere where children feel safe, secure, and connected.
Our mixed-age setting encourages tuakana–teina relationships, leadership opportunities, and strong bonds across age groups. We value meaningful interactions, unhurried learning, and genuine connections. Our dedicated art studio allows children to explore, experiment, and express themselves creatively. Art, imagination, and hands-on learning are central to our daily programme.
Why Join Kidlywinks?
💛 Passionate about children – We provide nurturing, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences for every child.
🤝 A true team environment – Collaboration, shared ideas, and a sense of humour make working together enjoyable and rewarding.
🌱 Supportive management – Our management team works alongside teachers, values open communication, welcomes fresh ideas, and supports growth.
🏡 A centre that feels like family – We foster a warm, welcoming environment for children, whānau, and staff alike.
