The Role

We are looking for an ambitious teacher to join our new campus based in Abinger Dorking. We are a therapeutic school, delivering a trauma informed model to pupils aged 5-16 years of age. We are looking for a teacher who has the ability and passion to provide outstanding education to our pupils. We have high levels of support to deliver an adapted curriculum, such as clear curriculums, teacher and child pedagogy, staff wellbeing teaching toolkits, CPD and strong levels of senior leadership coaching and support.


Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should have a passion for working with pupils with additional needs and will have an understanding of behavioural management. Our model supports leaders to work hand in hand with staff to ensure staffs wellbeing and management is compassionate and caring.


We have a well formed leadership team who have successfully driven several Ofsted inspections and accreditations and are looking for a teacher to bring energy and their own personality to our classrooms. We welcome onboard ambitious candidates.


Qualifications

This role will include teaching within the primary school section of our school, with up to 8 pupils within your class and one to two trusted adults within your class. Secondary trained teachers with subject specialisms in Maths, English or Science will also be considered for our secondary provision.

You will receive a high level of CPD and career progression, including NPQ funding and Trauma Informed Practitioner Diploma over time.

Our pupils finish early on a Friday to ensure that all teachers have time to prep for their week ahead either with peers, leaders or by yourself. Our aim is that when teachers walk out of the door on a Friday they have time to concentrate on balancing work and life.

Compensation

€35,000 - €50,000 (Pre-Tax)
