About This Role

Are you looking for an exciting and challenging role within a school environment?

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and bright Kindergarten Form Teacher (Maternity Cover) to join Eaton House The Manor Girls' School from September 2026.

The Role

Building confidence and self-belief with an emphasis on positive feedback and rewards is intrinsic in all we do. There is a strong culture of teachers and parents working together to ensure pupils’ welfare; our open-door policy means that parents can feel fully involved from the outset.

There is a ‘sky is the limit’ approach to learning at Eaton House The Manor Girls’ School and all our pupils are encouraged to use their intelligence in a dynamic way to demonstrate quick, reasoned and engaging responses to the world about them. We treat each girl as an individual so that she can blossom academically and socially. We want each girl to have the confidence to discover where her gifts lie in a calm and purposeful atmosphere, where her spiritual, moral and intellectual development is nurtured.

Our friendly teaching staff are excellent role models and are the first point of contact for our pupils and parents. Every child is known and championed, which means that we soon learn to understand what makes them tick as an individual. We understand their interests and their ambitions and we aim to light a spark to help fuel them. We believe that with the right level of welfare every child can find their passion and learn to excel in their chosen area. With our support, pupils grow in self-belief and maturity.

Successful candidates may be contacted prior to the application deadline date.
