Full time | Term time only (39 weeks); 36 hours per week
Ā£29,753 ā Ā£31,652 per annum (actual), higher for more experienced candidates

We are seeking a highly organised, efficient and detail-focused Reprographics and Display Manager to take full ownership and accountability for a busy reprographics service supporting teaching and learning across the academy.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role requiring accuracy, reliability and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. The successful candidate will ensure materials are produced to a high standard and delivered on time, every time.
This role requires a high level of organisation, discipline and personal accountability.
Key responsibilities
Daily production and distribution of teaching materials
Maintaining and troubleshooting reprographics equipment
Managing stock, suppliers and procurement
Producing high-quality displays across the academy
The successful candidate will:
Work with pace, accuracy and strong attention to detail
Be highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
Take ownership and responsibility for their work
Be highly reliable, proactive and able to take ownership without supervision
