About This Role

20–35 hours per week | Term-time only

Transport from Guildford → Farnborough → Aldershot & Farnham 

Treloar’s is a leading UK charity providing specialist education, care and support to children and young people with physical disabilities. We are launching a new Transport Scheme to open up opportunities for people living along major routes into Alton – with vehicles bringing you from designated collection points directly to site for your shift and back afterwards. No need for a car.

We are recruiting Support Assistants to work in our residential houses on site in Holybourne, Alton. These roles are ideal for:

  • Those wanting a career in care

  • Individuals seeking stable, meaningful work without the need to drive

  • Students looking for regular part-time work

What you’ll be doing

As a Support Assistant you will support young people with physical disabilities in their daily living routines, helping them develop independence and achieve their personal goals.

Your key duties include:

  • Supporting students with all aspects of daily living

  • Assisting with feeding and nutritional needs

  • Helping students engage in activities and develop their skills

  • Maintaining accurate records in line with regulations

  • Delivering personal care including washing, dressing and toileting

  • You will work as part of a friendly, supportive team with full training provided.

Salary: £12.80 – £13.51 per hour 

Hours: 20–35 hours per week, Term-time only

Offering evening shifts with optional weekend double-shift:

  • 5.30pm – 10.30pm Weekdays

  • 12.30pm – 10.30pm Weekends 

Staff Transport Scheme

For just £5 per day, we’ll collect and return you on our dedicated route, stopping at safe lit sights near you in Guildford, Farnborough, Aldershot and Farnham.
