Cluster 13 is seeking a dynamic and forward thinking individual to join our collaborative leadership team as a practice leader. The successful candidate will support the cluster vision to provide a high quality and effective service that will enhance teacher and school inclusive capability to improve student outcomes across our cluster schools.  

Our team provides support across 69 schools and centres covering the Awhitu Peninsula/Waiuku and surrounding areas, Onewhero (North Waikato), Kaiaua (Hauraki Plains), Pukekohe through to Papakura and bordering Takanini.

The cluster is divided into 2 service teams; Papakura and Franklin and RTLB work the majority of the time in their specific area of allocation although there is flexibility around this for certain projects.

The successful candidate will either be based in our Drury School office (Papakura Service Team) or Pukekohe Intermediate School (Franklin Service Team) office.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a solutions-focused mindset, leveraging their previous leadership experience to effectively navigate change and foster the ongoing development and improvement of our service. They must possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, enabling them to lead by example and model high-quality professional practice.
