Role Overview:
As the Safeguarding Support Lead, you will play a crucial role in supporting the safety and well-being of our school. You will work closely with staff, students, and families to ensure that safeguarding policies are upheld across the school community.Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine interest in child welfare and safeguarding practices
- Strong communication skills with both young people and adults
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team within the Safeguarding Department
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new procedures related to safeguarding responsibilities
